All Parents: Please do not leave any non-choristers in the Girl Choir building by themselves. Rehearsals are very busy and there is much to be done in the office during these times. The staff and volunteers need the office to be orderly and reasonably quiet so that they can get work done. If you are waiting for your chorister during rehearsal times, please make sure any non-choristers are quiet and supervised by an adult.

As we mentioned in the memo this past week, we would like some of our choristers and adult volunteers to remain after their regular rehearsals are over this Monday and Tuesday (Jan 16 & 17) to make recordings for promotional videos we plan to produce.
As was announced at Chamber Singers rehearsal on Tuesday, we have decided to have our regular rehearsal this Thursday, January 12, despite Mrs. Peterson and some of our choristers being away for All State. (The calendar has now been updated.)
Mrs. Giese is going to be there to work with all of the Chamber Singers who are available. This opportunity will give our veteran members time to work closely on the music with some of our new members.

All Choirs: The Girl Choir will be shooting a promotional video after rehearsal on Monday, January 16th and Tuesday, January 17th. Participation in this video is not mandatory. If your chorister would like to shoot a short clip that may be used in the video, please plan to leave later than normal on your rehearsal day. Call time for Concert Choir and Chamber Singers is 5:30 tonight at Broward Center.
The printed memo that went home before Thanksgiving had the correct call time of 5:30. The online calendar and online event memo had listed call times inconsistent with the printed memo, and they have since been corrected.
We apologize for the confusion.
