Mission Statement
The Girl Choir of South Florida believes that singing is fundamental to being human. Every culture throughout history and around the world has a tradition of singing. Singing in a choir instills self-confidence, teaches teamwork, builds relationships, and promotes cultural understanding. We bring that experience to the community by providing a high-quality choral education and performance program specially tailored to girls’ unique needs and abilities. We don’t just want girls to become better singers – we believe that singing in a choir helps girls to become better people.
