Registration and Tuition
Annual Registration Fee (all choristers) $50 Primes Choir Tuition $400 Apprentice Choir Tuition $500 Concert Choir Tuition $750 Chamber Singers Tuition $850
All choristers who wish to participate in Girl Choir rehearsals, events, and other activities must submit completed registration forms along with the registration fee and initial tuition payment. All choristers must pay the annual registration fee regardless of when they register and the amount of tuition assistance they receive (if any).
Choristers must make payments in accordance with the payment plan selected on the Tuition Agreement form. Late payments may result in additional fees and forfeiture of any discounts, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. Choristers who have an outstanding tuition balance will not be permitted to perform in the end-of-semester concerts until the balance is paid in full.
All registration, tuition, and other monies paid to the Girl Choir are nonrefundable.
Discounts for prepayment of tuition are no longer available. Instead, the discounts have been incorporated into the overall tuition structure.
Tuition Assistance
A limited amount of tuition assistance is available each year for families with a financial hardship. Tuition assistance applies only to tuition – it does not apply to any other fees (such as registration, uniform, camp, or tour fees).
Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance must indicate their intent to do so (instead of making the initial tuition payment) at the time of registration instead of making the initial tuition payment. Application does not guarantee award.
Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance must submit a completed Tuition Assistance Request Form along with a copy of the most recent federal tax return of the parent/guardian seeking assistance. The completed form along with supporting documentation must be received no later than September 15 in the fall semester or February 15 in the spring semester.
After review of tuition assistance requests by the Board of Trustees, families are responsible for making payments (if any) in accordance with the terms determined by the Board. All families who receive tuition assistance are expected to support the organization by participating in volunteering and fundraising activities. Each family is expected to provide one (1) hour of volunteer service to the Girl Choir for every $25 of tuition assistance received.
